Happy Nest is a private home childcare so it is not possible to pay your monthly fee with vouchers

MONTHLY FEE (including snacks and lunch):

MONTHLY PAYMENT:

Due latest by the 5th day of each month. Payments only by bank transfer.

1000 euro for 5 days a week

700 euro for 3 days a week

500 euro for 2 days a week

WITHDRAWAL:

Withdrawal must be notified by email 30 days before, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

DEPOSIT:

1000 euro for 5 days a week

700 euro for 3 days a week

500 euro for 2 days a week

The deposit shall be paid only once, at the beginning, and then it will be used to pay the last month.

HOLIDAYS:

Happy Nest will have the same holiday schedule as the International School of Hamburg.

Payments are due during school holidays too (but NOT during summer holidays).

Happy Nest will be open from 1st of September to the end of June.

ABSENCE:

Monthly fee is due even in case of familiar holidays or sickness.

In case Giovanna is unable to work for more than 3 days a year, parents will be refunded from the fourth day of closure.

Happy Nest will close in these days for school holidays:

28th of September

19th-23rd of October

from the 21st of December to the 8th of January

15th-19th of February

26th and 29th of March

12th-23rd of April

6th and 7th of May

25th of June and from 28th to 30th of June

June 24th, 2026 will be the last day of school at Happy Nest
